Since the snow will prevent us from meeting together tomorrow, the leadership team suggests
you take some time either alone or with the family to read over this passage of scripture
and dwell on it or discuss it together: Mark 1:1-20. (Click the link to read the passage online.) This will be
where we start soon when we begin a two-month series on Jesus. Read
the passage and consider the following:
- What might John have been saying to the crowds that could also relate to you? (Vs 4)
- What strikes you the most about verses 9-13?
- What do you think Jesus meant and how would you have responded if you were there? (Vs 15)
